I’ve had this same Sky Spin for two years now and it’s still works as well as day one! My kids are 2 1/2, 10, 12, and 14 years. We like playing outside which gives them great exercise plus it’s especially fun in our house with the high vaulted ceilings and great for those rainy days! Even when my youngest was only one he liked just retrieving it and working on following simple directions to find it. Now that he is 2 1/2 he has no problem attaching the wing to the launcher and pulling on the cord enough to make it spin. He still needs me to actually make it launch up into the air.
If you take it outside just make sure that the area is free of trees where it might get stuck, rooftops or bodies of water! It can fly very high and wide!!!
